Electrical & ELV

Power delivered. Systems integrated.

From the HT incomer through LT distribution to the last lighting fixture and BMS sensor — electrical and ELV scope engineered, supplied and installed by one accountable team.

What we deliver

Electrical is the discipline most clients underestimate — and the one that audits, insurance assessments and uptime metrics judge most ruthlessly.

A well-engineered LT panel is invisible for fifteen years. A poorly engineered one announces itself with nuisance tripping and warranty claims no one wants to own. We design and build assuming a two-decade install life — with specifications, manufacturing partnerships and commissioning evidence that hold up to insurer audits.

Beyond power, our ELV scope covers structured cabling, BMS, access control and CCTV — integrated at the design stage with HVAC, fire and security.

Electrical scope at a glance

What a typical electrical EPC scope covers

  • Power — HT and LTHT/MV switchgear, transformers, LT main and sub-distribution panels, busways, cabling.
  • LightingIndustrial, office, perimeter and emergency lighting — designed to IS 3646 / IES recommendations.
  • Earthing & lightning protectionPlate, pipe and chemical earthing per IS 3043; LPS to IS/IEC 62305.
  • ELV systemsStructured cabling, BMS, CCTV, access control, fire alarm interfaces, public address.
Electrical sub-systems

Power, lighting, protection, integration.

The electrical scope spans the highest-voltage equipment on site to the lowest-voltage sensor. We engineer it as one stack, not as four separate awards bolted together at handover.

01

HT / MV switchgear & transformers

Indoor and outdoor switchgear up to 33 kV, dry-type and oil-filled transformers, RMUs, VCBs — sized, specified and commissioned with relay coordination studies.

02

LT panels & distribution

Main LT panels, MCCs, PCCs, sub-distribution boards. Built by vetted panel manufacturers to IS/IEC 61439 with documented type tests.

03

Cabling, trays & busways

Power and control cabling, cable tray and ladder systems, busway distribution for high-current loads, transformer-to-LT-panel routes.

04

Lighting design & controls

Photometric design for industrial and office spaces, perimeter and emergency lighting, DALI or addressable controls where the brief warrants it.

05

Earthing & lightning protection

Equipotential bonding, plate / pipe / chemical earthing, mesh grids, downconductors and air terminations — per IS 3043 and IEC 62305.

06

ELV: BMS, CCTV, access, structured cabling

Building management systems, CCTV with IP-camera networks, RFID/access control, structured cabling backbone, fire alarm interfaces.

Standards we engineer to

Compliance built in, documented through commissioning.

Electrical compliance is what stands between you and a refused energisation certificate. We design and document to the standards your statutory inspector and your insurer will check.

CEA / Indian Electricity Rules

Central Electricity Authority regulations and Indian Electricity Rules — the statutory baseline for any energisation in India.

IS / IEC 61439

LT panels and switchgear — type-tested assemblies with documented short-circuit ratings.

IS 3043 — earthing

Earthing design and installation practice for buildings and industrial sites.

IS/IEC 62305 — LPS

Lightning protection systems — risk assessment, design, installation and validation.

NBC 2016 Section 8

National Building Code — Building Services, the integrated MEPF compliance framework.

NEC 2023 (India)

National Electrical Code — overall design framework for electrical installations in commercial and industrial premises.

Where this scope is typically deployed

Sectors we deliver electrical EPC for.

Electrical complexity varies by sector — petrochemical needs ATEX-rated equipment, data centres need 2N redundancy, hospitals need essential / non-essential segregation. We engineer for the sector's actual constraints, not the catalogue.
